Imagine
entering information on your small business client one
time on an online questionnaire, and
getting back multiple quotes from multiple carriers in just
minutes? Does it seem too good to be true? It is happening
as you read this. AgentSecure is up and running with ARM!
Many of you have heard about it, and a number of you have
been using it. For those that need a refresher, AgentSecure
is an agent-centered online service. It allows access to
small business commercial products from multiple carriers,
while at the same time offering the efficiencies of the
Internet. Agents that have direct contracts with the available
carriers can use their own producer code, can get credit
toward
production with that company, and can retain 100% of all
commissions under their contract.
Signing up is easy. Start by going to www.AgentSecure.com.
On the left hand side of the homepage, click on “Membership
Application”. On the next screen, look at the right
hand side of the page, toward the bottom, and click on “Apply
Now”. This will take you to the on-line application.
You will be asked to create a login and password. This
is to protect the privacy of your application information.
It is recommended that you have the following information
handy as you begin the application process:
1. Agent license number for all states licensed
2. Agency license number
3. Agency Federal Tax ID number
4. E&O limits, carrier and expiration
date ($1,000,000 required)
5. Credit Card number and expiration date

You
will also want to have a list of your commercial carriers
including premium volume and loss ratio information. If
you have a direct appointment with CNA, Safeco, Zurich
or AIG Specialty Work Comp, you are eligible to sign up
for the 100% option and receive quotes back under YOUR
agency code.
Once the membership application is completed, approval
takes from five to seven working days. During this period,
AgentSecure will run a credit history and background check.
Once you are qualified, you will be asked to provide:
1. Signed Producer Agreement
2. Copies of Agency and/or Agent licenses
3. E&O declarations page showing minimum $1,000,000 limits
4. You will be asked to participate in a one hour on-line training session
