Last year, at the 2004 annual meeting, ARM formed ARMFICO.
Our first two primary tasks, in the states that ARM operates,
were to:
Get ARMFICO registered as a foreign corporation
Get ARMFICO licensed as a finance company.
We are pleased to report significant headway has been
made, and we only
have two states left to get registered and licensed to
complete phase one
of our marketing plan.
In conjunction with the ARM branding initiative, ARMFICO
hired Konlon & Associates to develop a new look. At
the 2005 ARM Partners Conference, we unveiled ARMFICO’s
new logo, which is proudly displayed on our Premium Finance
Agreements, letterhead, business cards and the newsletter.
We are excited about our new look and logo as part of the “ARM
Branding” program.

Business
for the first six months of 2005 continues to be strong.
We continue to see increased participation with 3,181 premium
finance contracts processed reflecting 22.35% growth over
2004. This constitutes 16.77% growth in amount financed
of over $45 Million in the same six month period. Congratulations
on a Great Job!!!
